We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days. You will always receive a dispatch notification email from us once your order is on its way to you.
In the unlikely event, an item you have ordered is out of stock or there is a delay in your order for any reason, you will be notified by email. Please note during peak times demand can be very high and therefore the time taken to process and dispatch orders increases. We recommend for the summer months you allow 3-5 working days for orders to be dispatched.
Delivery Charges
We charge a flat subsidised rate for all deliveries regardless of weight and based on the service class you select. Orders received by 5pm are dispatched next working day.

Collection from Store:
As an extra incentive to our already fast and reliable service we also a offer a click and collect service, there a few points that we need to make you aware of before attempting to collect:
- Wait for a confirmation email to reach your inbox, also would be a good idea to check your junk/spam folder for email from Bailwood.
- You should receive a text message to confirm your order is ready to collect from store during opening hours.
- At any point of the year, we don’t offer a same day collection, in the rare case we sometimes do have orders ready to collect on the same day.
- If an item in your order is not available we would endeavour to contact you therefore its vitally important to provide the correct email address and phone number when placing your order.
